What do we all like doing in our spare time? I'm just interested to know what everyone enjoys doing. I'll see what people have to say, then I'll post some more.

Good question.
I like doing many things.
Something i enjoy a lot is being outsite listening and recording to different birds and other nature sounds.
Another thing i enjoy doing is spending time with the computer either visiting websites such as this one, chatting to messenger or skype, listening to podcasts especially technology or nature, playing audio games or doing audio productions. Some of these recordings include funny adverts, doing short documentaries etc.

I also like visiting friends or going out to restaurants with them etc.
And of cource i like spending time with my 8 year old sister and 10 year old brother.
That's about it i think.

If I have spare time, i enjoy going to the movies, hanging around in the mall. If ever the weather gets bad, i like to read books on a rainy day while drinking hot chocolate or coffee.

Post 11 by soaring eagle (flying high again!) on Tuesday, 16-Oct-2007 15:06:47

Most of my free time is spent reading, though I do some gaming as well. Off and on I'll get involved with a role playing group, though I haven't been in one for a bit over a year. (I should remedy that actually.) I also tinker with computers a good deal, though now that I'm in classes for computer networking and the like, some of that falls more under classwork than personal time.

Post 13 by Cousin Cap (Zone BBS Addict) on Wednesday, 17-Oct-2007 9:30:30

Hmmm. Much of my spare time is spent either listening to music (1900 to 1964, classical vocals, etc), reading fantasy, historical fiction or nonfiction pieces, or watching the History channel. I also like to fool around on the computer a good bit, chatting, or looking for new recipes to try.

Post 14 by Harmony (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Monday, 19-Nov-2007 3:50:25

I used to like watching Fred Dibna's programmes on thehistory channel.

Well, I enjoy the computer and listening to all sorts of music. I also enjoy playing with my cat, watching tv, and the usual stuff like reading. I also play music for work and pleasure. I used to be involved with ham radio. Still have my license but no gear right now. I keep threatening to get back to that hobby.

I like doing all sorts of things, including computers, listening to music, reading, playing computer games or board games, talking on the phone, messeging with my friends, coming on this website, and more.

Post 20 by motifated (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Friday, 23-Nov-2007 9:23:17

When it comes to reading, I prefer braille, as audio tends to put me to sleep unless I have coffee in an IV.

Post 21 by singingsensation (I just keep on posting!) on Friday, 23-Nov-2007 13:41:00

I don't like audio books either--they put me to sleep too, lol. I prefer braille as well, in an electronic format that I can read on my BrailleNote.

Post 22 by Reyami (I've broken five thousand! any more awards going?) on Friday, 23-Nov-2007 14:06:45

I think it depends on who's reading the story.

Post 23 by Harmony (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Saturday, 24-Nov-2007 18:11:15

I prefer reading braille rather than audio. I know I can get things on audio formats or on the computer, but if I want to get any information out of something out of something, I really like to read it my self in braille rather than get jaws to read it or an audio tape or cd.

Post 24 by singingsensation (I just keep on posting!) on Friday, 30-Nov-2007 11:15:46

I am the same way. I personally like braille better--but I guess it also depends on who is reading it.

Post 25 by battle star queen (I just keep on posting!) on Friday, 30-Nov-2007 17:49:54

Post 30 by Reyami (I've broken five thousand! any more awards going?) on Thursday, 17-Jan-2008 9:04:13

Here's what I will be doing in my spare time: lots of studying, and hopefully a little participation in maybe one or two clubs or organizations at my college.
